I am an explorer of human consciousness, natural laws, and beauty. My tool is sacred geometry. I am interested in how the unconscious reacts to colors and lines when interacting with it, and how individuals find solutions and answers to the questions that plague them. Sacred geometry is about us. Often, we perceive our lives as complex. To see the simplicity in it, one just needs to calm the mind and become an observer. Then inexplicable things that can be called miracles will happen to you! The vividness and pictorial beauty, external aesthetics, reflection in thought of the laws of nature through geometry were also explored by Leonardo da Vinci. At first glance, it seems complex, but its essence is in the simple: using only one radius size, you can construct perfect proportions, and by drawing a few lines, you can see all the basic geometric shapes. The combination of the concise forms of geometry and the gentleness of the mehendi style come together in my paintings like black and white in the formula "yin/yang." This is how I create my harmony. I want a person, looking at my painting, to slow down and see in sacred geometry themselves, the connection with the outer world, and that they are an integral part of and the center of this system, where the internal and external are interconnected. I want to give the world art that, like a flash, will illuminate the path for people to their True selves in ease and harmony.
Katalisia Sikora (Jekaterina Sikora) is an artist delving into the profound meaning of ancient symbols and ornaments that surround us, revealing the very essence of existence. She demonstrates that we are sacred geometry incarnate. Born into the warmth of Sevastopol, Crimea, Katalisia now resides in the cold, damp climate of Estonia. From childhood, fascinated by the structure of the world, she earned her engineering degree in 2008. After exploring various professions, Katalisia realized that art would allow her to discover herself as a Creator, employing the ancient knowledge of sacred geometry.
As a mother of four, she intriguingly discusses the structure of the cosmos and the laws of Love, imparting this knowledge through her paintings to all generations. Katalisia began painting in 2022, and her works are now in private collections in Russia, Greece, Italy and Estonia. In 2023, she completed an advanced course in art therapy to understand how colors and the structure of a drawing can affect the conscious and subconscious minds. Since 2023, she has been studying the mehendi style, combining it with sacred geometry, making the human body the canvas for her creativity.
